A restaurant serving the finest “chaburi” (yellowtail), seafood, and char-grilled chicken from Nagashima, the best cultured yellowtail town in Japan.

Chaburi” is raised in the rich nature of Nagashima Town. Raised on a diet of green tea, black vinegar, and ginseng, chaburi is characterized by its moderate fat and well-balanced sweetness. The exquisite and rich flavor that spreads in the mouth is as good as that of wild caught fish.

The “Nagashima Sashimi Boat Sashimi” containing chaburi is the most popular menu item. You can also taste the whole Nagashima region through dishes such as char-grilled red chicken raised on Nagashima and sours that lavishly use seasonal fruits. A shochu meister is always on hand, and “today's secret sake” can be found by asking the staff!
