This is a restaurant where you can taste "Akadori Satsuma" (red chicken) and eggs from Izumi City in the northwestern part of Kagoshima. The "Akadori Satsuma" is a brand of chicken certified by the Akadori Specialty Chicken Cooperative. We also recommend the "Chicken Yukke" to taste the flavor of the matured chicken itself. This tataki-like dish is made from the meat of the red chicken Satsuma, and the simple seasoning is exquisite! Another popular dish is "Shio Koji Chicken Karaage," which is perfect with beer. The soft and juicy meat is so good that one bite is sure to make you fall in love with it.

We also carry a variety of rare shochu from the Izumi brewery. There are also shochu with a refreshing aroma and flavor that are easy to drink for women who are not fond of strong shochu.
